Joshua Bartolotta
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Josh is a passionate, driven agent who loves real estate. He takes pride in being knowledgeable about the market and genuinely enjoys getting to know his clients, many of whom become friends. A former actor and advertising account executive, Josh found that he was drawn to real estate sales largely as a result of those friendships that develop with clients. He feels it is a privilege to help people with such a big decision, and that the faith and trust bestowed upon him during the process is an honor. Josh has been a real estate agent for nine years and is one of the leading agents in the Rochester area, selling just over $15 million in residential real estate annually.

Born and raised in Rochester, Josh now resides in Fairport with his fiancée, Sarah, and their two cats and dog, who essentially run the house. He graduated from St. John Fisher College with a degree in Communications and Journalism. It wasn't until after he returned home following several years living in New York City and Los Angeles that he realized how special Rochester is. Josh is a proud contributor to the MCC Foundation, the Willow Center for Domestic Violence, and Chairs the Section V Girls Tennis Committee. Josh has enjoyed coaching high school tennis for several years, receiving Coach of the Year honors from the D&C and Messenger Post News on three occasions. When not working, Josh can often be found on a tennis court somewhere, or at one of the many awesome restaurants in Rochester, eating or enjoying a cocktail with family or friends.

Erin Duffy Kruss
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Erin’s love for Rochester, passion for real estate and design, and desire to be part of a dynamic organization led her to the Mark Siwiec team. Erin’s success in real estate is driven by her warm nature, responsiveness, knowledge of the Rochester market, and most importantly her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients.

Erin began her real estate career working in commercial real estate where she exclusively represented Starbucks Coffee, working to secure high profile lease and purchase opportunities in Chicago's downtown and suburban retail markets. Her prior experience working in city government and marketing have helped her to develop the skills necessary to manage the multiple moving parts involved in every real estate transaction and tackle any challenges along the way. She is dedicated to providing clients with the highest level of customer service, honesty and attention to detail during the entire process. Fun fact: She spent a day shadowing Mark when she was 16 to learn “what a day in the life of a realtor” was like. She loved it, and now several years later, she is so happy to be a part of the team!

Erin is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Young Women’s College Prep Charter School (YWCP) and co-chaired the Rochester City Ballet’s Summer Soiree in 2018. When Erin isn’t working, you can find her spending time with her husband, Dave, and son, Brayden, hiking in one of the many great parks in the area, trying new restaurants, and spending time on Keuka Lake.
